We believe God has given each person gifts that can help make Sunday Gatherings and our initiative teams places where people can encounter God, find community and get the help they need. Our hope is that when you become part of one of our teams, you will feel connected to the life and vision of the church, as well as feel enriched and encouraged in your own faith. It is also a great way to get to know people!

Worship & Production
From musicians to those interested in running our live feed and audio engineering, we're looking for people who are passionate about creating a welcoming and fun worship environment on Sunday mornings!

Hospitality
From the very first moment someone steps into Riverside, our Hospitality team is there to greet them and help them feel welcome. From door greeters to coffee servers, you can help make Riverside feel like home!

Prayer Ministry
Do you have a gift or passion for praying for others? Our Prayer Team takes time each Sunday to pray for those who request prayer during our gatherings. You can choose to serve on the team during the 9:30am, 11:30am or 6:30pm Sunday gatherings.

Would you like to be part of a team that helps create a safe, inclusive place for kids to explore the Bible, meet friends and have fun? Come be part of our Kids Team on Sunday mornings!

Youth
Passionate about investing in young people and seeing their faith develop? The Youth Team's looking for you! We meet on Friday nights, Sunday mornings and in smaller connect groups with young people throughout the week.

Riverside Money Advice
Become a nationally-qualified debt adviser with our Money Advice team and serve amidst our busy team who deliver over 800 client-interactions each year.

Café
Our Café Team welcomes people from all over Birmingham on Wednesday mornings, alongside the Money Advice Team. Serving tea and cake to those who come for money advice appointments is a tangible way to show Christ's love to our community.

Riverside Pantry
Come serve on our Pantry team! We would love help on Wednesdays with driving to collect food and with stocking our shelves. Or join us on Thursdays to welcome people into our social supermarket and help them choose their shopping!

Open Lunch
Interested in cooking delicious meals for the community? Join us on Sundays in the Riverside kitchen and make connections with people who've come for a meal.

Maintenance
Come join the team responsible for maintaining Riverside House! Painting, gardening or anything else you may have skills in are greatly needed in order to keep up a welcoming space.

Reception
Interested in detail-minded, hands-on serving? Riverside House is open every day, welcoming people for our various initiatives. We'd love help making sure people who come and call at Riverside House get the help and welcome they need!
