PRAYER AT RIVERSIDE: 2022

Prayer is the engine room for the church. As we pray we are choosing to trust God and step forwards in faith for what he has called us to. In 2022 and beyond, during a time that is still so complex and challenging, we want to stay persistent in prayer.

We were therefore committing space and time to pray and fast as a church. The focus this year will be for us to come to God, to ‘look to Him’ and pray for a deeper sense of encounter with Him so that we might radiate the love and hope of Jesus to all those we live and work among.

‘Those who look to Him are radiant their faces are never covered with shame.’ (Psalm 34 v 5)

OUR FOCUS:

Those who look to Him are radiant, their faces are never covered with shame. As we pray, we look to Him

1. We look to Him and thank Him for who He is.

2. We Look to Him for our world, for our nation, for our city.. for His kingdom to come and His will to be done

3. We look to Him to build His church and His Kingdom amongst us

3. We look to Him for wisdom, for leadership by His spirit, for a fresh move of the spirit in our church and therefore in the community.

4. We look to Him to provide a building for Riverside.
